Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unsatisfied with your coaching, reach out to us during or after our first session to resolve any issues or concerns and they will be promptly addressed.
Our satisfaction rate has been 100% therefore refunds are not available for time already spent at this time.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you will be contacted within 48 hours to set our dates and times for the Zoom sessions online. You can set a 15 minute meeting for this initial consultation. If you set this appointment, you will still be called within 48 hours after purchase.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again for an additional 3 sessions.
